How to Retrieve a Forgotten Password (1 mins)

In this video, I will guide you on how to retrieve your password if you've forgotten it.

 

I'll provide step-by-step instructions to help you regain access to your account. We'll start by identifying the relevant portal based on your location, such as us.3iVerify for US customers, portal.3iVerify for UK customers, and ca.3iVerify.com for Canada and other countries.

Once you've determined the correct portal, I'll show you how to check if your email address is registered. Finally, I'll demonstrate how to find your username and password in your email. Follow along and regain access to your account in no time!

Getting Support - 3iVerify HelpDesk (4 mins)

This short video will give you an overview on how to get help with an issue in 3iVerify.

Issues can be classified as a range of things from bugs, to feature requests to simple questions or 'how do I..?' requests.

​

Please do not send issues in via email - the HelpDesk makes everything much faster and more efficient and ensures that your issue gets to the right person as quickly as possible.

This section will cover 3iVerify Forms, with some additional information on Actions and Tasks and how they work together as part of a Plan, Do, Check Act process to drive continuous improvement, transparency and accountability in food safety and quality teams.

Supplier and Material Approvals

This section will cover 3iVerify Supplier and Material Approvals. The user can learn how to send and approve questionnaires and interact with suppliers using the feedback and unlock features and generally manage questionnaires to automate the gathering and processing of supplier and material information.

How Supplier Approvals Work - Overview (40 mins)

Deleting and Restoring a Supplier Record (1 min)

This video will show you how to delete and restore a supplier record withing 3iVerify.

​

As we need to maintain records in the event of an audit or in case of future needs to access compliance information, we never delete records. Instead, we make them inactive so we can retrieve them when required.

Manual Approvals and Master Approval Status (4 mins)

This video explains how manual approvals work and how this interacts with the automated approval status functionality.

 

In short, manual approvals have no effect on the master approval status at present and this is by design as only questionnaires which are set to update the master approval status for automated approvals are designed to update these fields.

Specified Approvers for Individual Questionnaire Sections (4 mins)

3iVerify allows you to configure individual sections in a supplier or raw material questionnaire. this can be useful when you have an idividual or expert on the team who specialises in reviewing certain information, for example chemical or allergen risks.

This section will cover 3iVerify using the Risk Assessment tools in 3iVerify. The user can learn how to create the various risk assessment features and conduct a wide range of risk assessments.

Action Dashboard Widgets ( 6mins)

Hi there, Primorty customers! In this video, I want to show you a new feature that will be available in the next day or two: user configurable dashboards.

 

We have already implemented these in the action module, but we will also roll them out across the questionnaires module, the materials module, and documents, and HACCP in the coming weeks. In this video, will walk you through the process of setting them up and explain what we are trying to achieve.

Administration

Administration

This section will cover the core administration features of 3iVerify to support users who need to configure the system and its settings.

Adding a New Site into 3iVerify (3 mins)

A site refers to a factory or facility that needs to manage its food safety or quality management system in the software.In this short video, we will guide you through the process of adding a new site into 3iVerify.

 

You will need administration rights to be able to do this. From the admin area you can navigate to the sites section and add a new site by filling out the on screen form with the necessary details, including the site name and logo information.

​

Once the site is created, you will need to associate it with a user to grant access to the site's information. This video will demonstrate how to set up a logo, provide privileges, and grant access to users.

Adding a User into 3iVerify and Setting Privileges (7 mins)

In this video, we will guide you through the process of adding a user in 3iVerify and granting them the necessary privileges to access specific modules and perform tasks such as approving questionnaires and risk assessments.

 

We will demonstrate how to navigate to the admin area, search for users, and add a new user. Additionally, we will review how to set up client site privileges for the user and select the modules that the user will have access to.

 

By the end of the video, you will have a clear understanding of how to add a user and assign the appropriate privileges in 3iVerify.

Importing Suppliers into 3iVerify (7 mins)

In this video, we will guide you through the process of importing suppliers into 3iverify.

 

We will start by accessing the admin module and clicking on the import icon. Then, we will review the four-stage process for importing data, including selecting the destination table and downloading the template.

 

We will show you how to populate the template with the necessary information and enable editing.

 

We will also discuss how to handle missing data and set passwords for each supplier.

 

Finally, we will demonstrate how to upload the data template into the system and import the selected suppliers.

Importing Products into 3iVerify (3.5 mins)

In this video we will cover the importing of Products to 3iVerify.

 

Any of the tables listed in the Admin - Import module will allow import of data.

 

The most important point is to ensure that any 'look uo" lists which are required have the correct ID in that column.

 

In this example the ClientID is essential to tell the system which Site to import the products for.

Importing Materials into 3iVerify (3 mins)

In this video, we will guide you through the process of importing raw materials into 3iVerify.

 

We will start by going to the admin area and selecting the destination table to download an import template from.

 

Then, we will remove unnecessary columns and paste in the raw material names. After removing any duplicates, we will assign these materials to a specific site.

 

Finally, we will upload the data into the system and review the list to ensure accuracy. By the end of this video, you will have successfully imported raw materials into 3iVerify.

Mapping Materials to Suppliers in 3iVerify (2 mins)

In this video, we will guide you through the process of mapping materials in 3iVerify.

 

After importing suppliers and materials, we will navigate to the supplier module and select a specific supplier.

 

By mapping an existing material, we will establish a link between the uploaded material and the chosen supplier.

 

We will demonstrate how to search for materials and provide examples using the mat erials"Summer squash," "Napa," and "Cabbage." Join us in this tutorial to learn how to efficiently map materials in 3iVerify.
